Overview

To kickoff SAP SuccessFactors’ experience transformation, my team and I were asked to explore ideas for the home page of the application. Roughly 20 million employees interact with this page to request time off, create performance or development goals, and view learning recommendations, to mention a few. Almost every task related to human resource management is triggered from this page.

Challenge

Maintain the existing application structure and navigation while exploring a new look that focused more on anticipated needs, desires, and moments that matter to the employee.
